2. Information covered by this notice

When you use our contact form or communicate with us, we may collect:

  • your name, company, work email and optional phone number;
  • your selected engagement type and area of interest;
  • the message and business context you choose to provide;
  • your consent record; and
  • limited technical information used by hosting, security and anti-abuse controls, such as an IP address, request time, browser or server-log information.

Please do not submit confidential client data, account credentials, health information, financial account details or other sensitive personal information through the public contact form.

3. Why we collect and use it

We use this information to receive and respond to enquiries, assess whether our services or Elevation Nexus modules may be relevant, arrange a requested discussion or demonstration, protect the form from abuse, maintain appropriate business records and meet legal or security obligations.

The acknowledgement email uses your validated form selection to display one relevant, public leadership-experience example. This is deterministic routing; it does not decide whether you qualify for a service, price, opportunity or other significant outcome.

4. Consent and choices

We request consent before the contact form is submitted. You may choose not to provide optional information. You may withdraw consent for future use, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed lawfully.

5. When information may be shared

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose only what is reasonably necessary to service providers that support website hosting, email delivery, security, professional advice or business operations; to a successor in a legitimate corporate transaction subject to appropriate protections; or where disclosure is authorized or required by law.

Service providers may process information on our behalf and are expected to protect it and use it only for the authorized purpose. The actual provider and subprocessor boundary must be maintained in Elevation’s internal privacy records.

6. Location and transfers

Elevation is based in Québec and serves clients globally. Personal information may be processed or stored outside Québec or Canada depending on the approved hosting, email or service-provider configuration. Before communicating personal information outside Québec, Elevation will assess applicable privacy factors and use contractual or other safeguards as required.

7. Retention and disposal

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the identified purpose, an active or anticipated business relationship, security, dispute resolution or legal obligations. Retention periods are assigned by record category. Information that is no longer required is securely deleted, destroyed or anonymized in accordance with approved procedures.

8. Safeguards and incidents

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity, amount, format and use of the information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Elevation maintains procedures to assess, contain, document and respond to confidentiality incidents, including regulatory and individual notification where legally required.

9. Cookies and similar technologies

The current website does not use advertising cookies or behavioural advertising profiles. Essential browser storage may be used to remember an optional guided presentation within the current browsing session. Hosting infrastructure may generate standard security and access logs. If analytics or additional non-essential technologies are introduced, this notice and any required consent mechanism must be updated before use.

10. Your rights and requests

Subject to applicable law and limited exceptions, you may ask whether we hold personal information about you, request access, ask how it has been used or disclosed, challenge its accuracy, request correction, or raise a complaint. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

Send a written request to info@elevationsolutions.ca. We will acknowledge and handle it under the response periods and procedures required by applicable law. If a concern is not resolved, you may have the right to contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, as applicable.

11. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when our practices, providers, services or legal obligations change. The current version and effective date will be posted on this page. Material changes will be highlighted or otherwise communicated where required.
